The parkway lives and is under construction, and, perhaps, one of the biggest constructions of last years is grown literally in the face of Yacht-club. The Yacht-club of Baku also includes hotel together with restaurant. The Baku Yacht-club is capable to accept the largest sailing vessels. Provided that she will manage to reach the world's largest lake which does not have communications with ocean.

Cancellation - Free! If cancelled or modified 1 day before arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the 1 night reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds - Free! All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Pets - Pets are  not allowed on request.

Groups - When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Accepted credit cards - American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
